These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PrismaX Hub and the PrismaX Grip game. By creating an account or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential.
• One account per person. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

• Do not attempt to cheat, exploit, or manipulate the PrismaX Grip leaderboard or scoring system.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or backend functions that are not yours or not intended for public use.
• Do not use the Contact Us form or any other feature to send spam, abusive content, or unlawful material.

PrismaX Grip is only playable during scheduled windows configured by the admin team. Leaderboard scores, event listings, and contribution entries are managed by the admin team and may be corrected, adjusted, or removed at their discretion — for example, to remove a result obtained through a bug or unfair means.

Brand Kit assets, logos, and other PrismaX materials made available through this Hub remain the property of their respective owners and are provided for community use strictly under the guidelines published with them. You may not claim ownership of, or misrepresent, these assets.

Anything you submit through this site — including contributions or messages sent via the Contact Us page — must be your own and must not infringe on anyone else's rights. We may use submitted contributions to showcase community activity on the Hub.

PrismaX Hub and PrismaX Grip are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Hub, in whole or in part, at any time, particularly in response to a violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Nigeria, where PrismaX Hub is registered as a remote-first company, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Hub after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
