This Privacy Policy explains how PrismaX Hub ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use this website, create an account, play PrismaX Grip, or contact us.

• Account information — first/last name, gender, username, email address, country, and (optionally) a profile picture, when you register.
• Gameplay information — your best score and when it was achieved, if you play PrismaX Grip and appear on the leaderboard.
• Contact form submissions — your name, email, subject, and message when you use the Contact Us page.
• Session information — a session token stored in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in; this token is never placed in a URL.

• To create and secure your account, and to verify your identity through one-time email codes.
• To operate the leaderboard, events, contributions feed, and other features of the Hub.
• To respond to messages sent through the Contact Us page.
• To keep the platform secure — including detecting unauthorized access attempts and enforcing rate limits on login attempts.

We use your browser's local storage — not tracking cookies — to keep your session token so you don't have to log in every visit. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

Our backend runs on Google Apps Script and stores data in Google Sheets/Drive under our own Google account. Transactional emails (verification codes, password resets, contact notifications) are sent through Brevo, with Gmail as a fallback. The site itself is hosted on Vercel. None of these providers are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

Passwords are never stored in plain text — each one is hashed with a unique, randomly generated salt per account. Sensitive actions are checked on the server before they run, and unauthorized attempts are logged. Despite these measures, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by reaching out through our Contact Us page or emailing us directly.

PrismaX Hub is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
